Hearts and Hands and catching up

Hi FBC ladies!!
I have to admit, I have totally let the holidays get the best of me. That along with the usual winter illness'...and I've neglected this blog! And I am sooo sorry!
We do have some exciting things coming up this Spring and I hope you ladies will all be joining us! Be on the lookout for more info on Facebook, in your mail box, at church and anywhere else we can find an avenue to distribute info.

Today I have another area of our women's ministry to give you info on...it's called Hearts and Hands and this letter came from Gracie Boyett! Thanks Gracie for typing this info out for us!
--------------
Hearts and Hands is a fellowship group open to all women as a ministry of FBC Borger. We meet the 2nd Friday of every month from 10 am to 130 pm, working on any project you wish to bring (but not necessary). Some of the women work on quilts, other crocheting, and sometimes we just come to visit and hangout. We take turns hosting the meetings. Each hostess provides the place, drink and dessert and the members bring salads and/or casseroles for lunch. The hostess may reserve the Parlor if they wish by contacting Cynthia at the church office and booking in advance.

We commit to being at the meetings and notifying the hostess in advance if we cannont make it. This allows her time to adjust the table settings, food allotment, etc. Join us for positive conversation, a few laughs and great comradeship.

The group is based on Psalm 90:17...And let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us; and do confirm for us the work of our hands; Yes, confirm the work of our hands.

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this or any other part of the Women's ministry.

Thanks and God bless!!
